Like writers block (literally the same thing) sometimes we all, here in the blogosphere, get a little stuck with content creation and since, I'm presuming, as all want to put quality pieces out there, finding the right motivation is key.

Read books-
Blogger approved books like Girl Boss or Capture your style not only show me the life bigger influencers have, they inspire me and my content. I may read a line or so and think of an idea straight away that may have nothing to do with the line itself, but it sparked something. Recently I read a post which at the time I thought nothing of. I went to work, came home and off of that post; thought of a few for a series I could write in the next few months. Turns out I liked having one large piece with my writing style rather than smaller ones just to have more up.

Twitter chats-
Every Sunday at 8pm I religiously sit and reply to tweets and tweets for the #Blogospherechat run by the Blogosphere Magazine. I never remember any other chats that go on and none really stand out to me as much. I adore Blogosphere and I adore being involved with whatever they do. I've met all of my blogger friends either through following them during a chat, or literally just replying to a tweet of theirs that interests me and I've never had an awkward first meet, as such!

Events-
This summer has been filled with events, press days [that sadly run during the weekday which I can't attend as I work full time :(] and meeting other bloggers. Teamed with chatting to like minded people on twitter, and having group chats with those who are attending the same event as you, I know that if at any point I wouldn't be able to take anyone along with me, I'd have someone there to come with. Any blogger run, or company run, event is catered to making you feel at home. The networking that goes on is key and I always bring my business cards with me in every bag (and my car now too!).

Bloggers
Find your favourite influencers and binge their content. For me, its the old Zoella stuff. I have girls that inspire me with their current stuff, but I feel like Zoe's original content really helped me get going with my blog in the first place. Take ideas from anyone's stuff, change it, mould it to your blog and make something from it.

Sunday 9th July. I joined three other bloggers; Pippa, Kirby and Laurel for an afternoon of drinks and (mostly) chips at the Pergola on the Roof in London.

We sat down 'outside' and ordered drinks at the bar. The menu is formed of a few different street food pop ups, from seafood to fish and chips and burgers. I opted for chips as everything seemed rather pricey for not much food. But then again it's London so what do you expect?

The entire place is Instagram goals. From the different coloured walls for many an aesthetic to white stones, huge green plants and that giant pink tropical wall I've been getting questioned about every since.

Tucked away at the top of a parking lot, you would never guess this beauty was here. Opening only until the late summer, I'd definitly recommend making a reservation and heading down!

Ask me about my blog, not the free stuff
I write. I love writing. And when I'm asked about the 'free' stuff, which btw is not 'free' half the time anyway, the feeling of all the hard work I've put into my posts, the edits, and just working my backside off to get my stuff noticed, is completely glazed over. Stappp it.

I won't go right, for a long time
If you'd have seen my first, second or even third template, you'd have laughed. And my writing at the start was so poor that I piled on photo upon photo and hoped for the best.

Photography is hard
I studied A level photography for two years, worked with two cameras, and studied God knows how many artists. Yet I still cannot photograph a lipstick without some heavy breathing and mentally screaming.

Social media is a daily thing
Everywhere I go, any park or any cafe is an Instagram potential. It's constantly thinking of compositions, bossily telling whoever you're with not to 'eat that yet' and editing them on a million apps. And who actually remembers to schedule tweets? Teach me.

No one is in competition with anyone else
There's people I look up to. These aren't necessarily idols as such. They're not huge Youtuber's who's fashion sense I adore or a full time blogger on a vacation every week. They've made it in the blogging world and to me they're just goals to reach. The (ladies in my case) that I admire, are those who aren't a million miles in front of where I am. They've got, say, 10k on the twittergram, they're interactive with everyone, and they're just relatable. Love you all x

It's an all day thing
I work full time. 8am to 3.30/4.15pm. And the second I'm home I'll be on my Macbook, editing photographs, finishing posts, twitter chats, Insta editing, post sharing and overall, loving every second of my blogging life. I wouldn't change this for the world.

Today I have a short post for you, as I'm super busy with work and have a few gems up my sleeve for the coming months!

The Trump. The rallies. All over the world women got together and marched for their rights on 21/01/2017. They stood up against the sexism and slurs of the new US President. Because when someone that rich and powerful thinks that it is okay to abuse women on this level, something needs to be changed. Women are amongst the most influential in the world. And with that I'm proud to be apart of it.

There are very few people on this planet that I don't instantly roll my eyes at when they start speaking. Lately a few of these ladies have inspired me more than ever, personally and professionally and today I share why.

I COVET THE
Only recently have I realised that myself and the lovely Alix have the same blog template, something that makes me quite chuffed. Her photography is my 2017 goal to a T and I envy her wardrobe very much!

HELLO OCTOBER
Girl crush 101. Her YouTube channel is the stuff of dreams and I scroll through her blog at least once every few days.

FREDDY MY LOVE
Alot of my key wardrobe pieces are Freddy inspired. Her vintage chic style is what I live for and she is my everyday inspiration.
