Gift ideas for the men

For the third gift guide of the year, it's the return of the blokes. With skincare to every day accessories, this capsule collection of gifts should give you a few ideas for the big day.

My boyfriend goes through wallets like I've never seen. By the end of the year it's in tatters, so we've made it a 'thing' that I pick him one up each December. This year's offering is from Burton. It's simple, brown and has the button attached that he was adamant it needed. Burton is a lovely brand for inexpensive accessories and definitely a one I'll be checking each year.

Decent skincare is never a bad idea, especially this year.  Esthederm is  lovely luxury brand offering the best in serums and creams alike. The Hyalaronic serum was mine, but its definitely the perfect gift for someone suffering from.. festive drink related dehydration if you will. Secondly, we also pop into Boots each year to gather up their 3 for 2 gift range like it's going out of style. This year we picked up this cute Joules set of mini face and body washes inside a wash-bag, perfect for the man that takes next to nothing on holiday with them. Click here for the serum.

Fragrances now and we'll start off with a personal favourite. The Pour Homme aftershave from Michael Buble is a scent that my other half has been wearing all year. The top notes of ginger and grapefruit, mid notes of neroli and cashmeran and base notes of sandalwood and musk sound, and smell glorious. The perfect Christmas gift.

Another aftershave is the "effortless" Abercrombie & Fitch First instinct Together for him. Another fragrance with grapefruit at it's core with orange flower and green apple, it's a fabulous woody fruity and fresh scent and perfect for every day wear.

Finally, I've added in this Retro Radio that I bought for my boyfriend, stay with me here. He's always said that if the zombies take over, he'd love to make his own radio, and with the events of 2020, I think this gift is perfectly timed. I don't know any men (or women for that matter) in my life that don't want to build things, even at 23 or 63. On that note I did also pick him up a set of Lego that builds something related to his place of work, and got him a personalised lego figure in his work uniform colours too. Call me detailed.

Whats on your to-buy list for the men in your life?
